Interested in camps for the summer we have Volleyball, Football, Cross Country, Band and Cheer? Stop by our athletics page and find your sign up sheets. All dates will be posted on school website calendar as well as App.

On this page you can locate Camp Forms and select the form you are wanting to participate in. Each one will come up as a PDF for you to print. Price for camp is listed on form, if form does not have price it will not have a cost.
A Physical and a head’s up form is required each year as well for any students participating in Athletics. These forms may be found under Sports forms in the same location. (Insurance Forms are not required)
All forms and registrations may be mailed to 423 E Nodaway, Clarinda, IA 51632 (Attn: High School) or dropped off at the High School front office.
If you are in 7th, 9th or 11th grade (or a new student to the district) a concussion test is required as well. You may complete this during the summer if you would like so you do not miss practice when the season begins. Walk in’s will be Tues, Wed and Thurs 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
